SIMA Asphalt can offer you dosing systems for liquid and fibre additives. All our liquid additive systems feature a load cell to ensure extremely accurate dosing of the additive. Prices start from £7500 + VAT for the XL model.
Model XL
- Accurate liquid dosing via load cell.
- Powerful gear pump can pump additives up to 30m in height.
Model FR
- Standalone solution with pump and electrical panel mounted to frame.
- Includes a bund for spillage.
Model CT3
- Holds 3 IBCs at once, most suited for asphalt plants which produce high volumes of material.
- Dosing system and IBCs enclosed within container to protect from moisture/dust.
- Includes electric heater for reducing additive viscosity during winter months.
